S\u00e6t <i>pH-elektrode<\/i> ned i vinen og afl\u00e6s display, n\u00e5r det har stabiliseret sig.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TA-analyse <\/b>&#8211; <b>syreindhold<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Indstil apparat p\u00e5 TA<\/p>\n<p>2. Ryst TA Titrant, tag 5 ml i spr\u00f8jte tryk\/ryst bobler ud, l\u00e6g den p\u00e5 bordet.<\/p>\n<p>3. 5 ml vin i lang pipette h\u00e6ld i b\u00e6ger, tils\u00e6t 15 ml destilleret vand.<\/p>\n<p>4. Skyl og t\u00f8r\/dup elektrode<\/p>\n<p>5. S\u00e6t <i>pH-<\/i><i>elektroden<\/i> i vin\/vand-b\u00e6geret <span lang=\"da-DK\">cirkuler v\u00e6sken og tils\u00e6t langsomt <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">Titrant fra spr\u00f8jten <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ekstra langsomt n\u00e5r display n\u00e6rmer sig 7.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">6. <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">N\u00e5r det er p\u00e5 8, bipper apparatet <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">og <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">analysen<\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\"> f\u00e6rdig<\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Man ser hvor meget der er brugt (mangler i spr\u00f8jten).<\/p>\n<p>Man ganger den brugte m\u00e6ngde med titrant 2 og har s\u00e5 resultatet.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">Fx: 3,5 ml x 2 = 7 <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\">&#8211; &#8211; <\/span><span lang=\"da-DK\"><b>dvs.: 7 gram syre pr liter<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vinmetricas SC-300 vinanalyse.
